EPA to Extend Deadline for 2015 Ozone NAAQS Area Designations

A new biogas production plant based out of northern Missouri continues to make steady progress. It’s been slightly more than a year since the first volumes of biogas processed from hog manure were injected into a pipeline. Encina Wastewater Launches Program to Turn Food Waste into Energy

Encina Wastewater Authority and Waste Management in North County announced Monday the launch of a 90-day co-digestion pilot aimed at turning food waste into renewable energy. EPA Provides Brownfields Grant and Assistance to three Vermont Communities

BOSTON – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency celebrated three recipients of Brownfields grants in Vermont. This year, Vermont entities received $700,000 for assessment and cleanup of Brownfield sites. These communities are among 172 across the country to receive EPA Brownfields funding.
